How is the sizing for the shirts?
The size chart should be available on the right hand side of the page when you are selecting the size of the product.
Where do you deliver your products?
We make and ship everything right here in the USA, and we deliver worldwide.
I, unfortunately, made a mistake in my delivery address, what should I do?
For any mistakes regarding information, please email us right away at nursejohnnmerch@gmail.com Purchases are processed within 24 hours, after that changes can't be made.
Can I modify my order if has not yet been shipped?
If you have any modifications regarding your order, please email us at nursejohnnmerch@gmail.com We will try to accommodate and make the changes if the package has not yet been PRINTED,packed and shipped. If the product has shipped, you can make an exchange once you receive the product.
When will I receive my package?
All items are made to order, just for you.
Production takes 3–5 business days (often sooner!).
Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size or change-of-mind.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any issue, reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Can I return a sale item?
All discounted items are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and are final sale.
