How is the sizing for the shirts?
The size chart should be available on the right hand side of the page when you are selecting the size of the product.
Where do you deliver your products?
We are currently delivering within Canada and the United States, we are working on international delivery soon.
I, unfortunately, made a mistake in my delivery address, what should I do?
For any mistakes regarding information, please email us right away at info@nursejohnn.com. Purchases are processes within 24 hours, after that changes can't be made.
Can I modify my order if has not yet been shipped?
If you have any modifications regarding your order, please email us at info@nursejohnn.com. We will try to accomodate and make the changes if the package has not yet been packed and shipped. If the product has shipped, you can make an exchange once you receive the product.
When will I receive my package?
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Canada: 1 to 8 days (1 to 5 days if you are in Quebec)
United States: 4 to 12 days
*Orders shipped in Canada are sent via Canada Post. Orders
shipped in the United States and internationally are sent via USPS.
Do you accept returns?
Refer to our refund policy.
Can I return a sale item?
All discounted items are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and are final sale.
